A: Our warranty is 12 months and lifetime technical support,if parts are broken down without human destroy,so we will offer spare parts to let you repair,and we will send video guidance to teach you.

Q:Can I put my logo on the vending machine?
A:For free to make custom design with your logo and wrap outsides to build your own brand.
Q:Can machine be put outdoor?
A: Machine should be indoor and keep out of rain or water,if you need to put outdoor,so pls add an umbrella upon machine.
Q:How can I find a location ? Do you have some suggestion?
A:Most of our clients will put machine in mall ,train station,airport,etc.And then you need to confirm the contract with relevant authority to get permit.
